…and by the end of that month it will become a habit. That’s the goal of this challenge that Cheryl Sleboda has issued. It’s a 31 day Blog Writing Challenge!
I’ve been wanting to get back to writing for a long time: I enjoy it; it lets me put my thoughts out there in a way I can really examine them in the light; it is a way to interact with others. For lots of reasons, I had fallen out of the habit. Some of those reasons had to do with fear of saying what I thought out loud for fear of repercussion, and some of it was just feeling too busy.
But like any habit, it takes commitment and vision, and by vision, I mean not of the end goal but vision for what it looks like actually *doing the work* to achieve that goal. It’s quite meditative in that respect (and this article over at Gaiam actually gave me some useful tips on envisioning success). If you want to join in, then head on over to Cheryl’s kick-off post and add your link at the bottom! I’ve got tons to share since I haven’t written in so long 😉
