Anyone else obsessed with tiny dresses?

Every time one of those videos comes out with the teeny tiny bespangled and beflowered couture dresses, I have to watch it about five times. In a world where we are losing the knowledge to do handwork of this sort, I think couturiers are often the repository for that skill base, because people expect it and know what they’re paying for, which is the hundreds if not thousands of hours of handwork.

This is the one that really got me:

All those amazing flowers!  I’ve started collecting all those in one youtube playlist.  Let me know if there are others you think I should add.

And I love watching how they make the pleats!  Make sure you check out the other textures they can make (and how they do it!)
